Serving as BIRNS’ Manufacturing Manager, Debbie Munroe is responsible for organizing and supervising all phases of comprehensive product manufacturing, ensuring a safe and healthy manufacturing environment, and managing all production assets, while collaborating with other managers to implement the company’s policies and goals. She coordinates and manages manufacturing workflow, performs workforce management and controls general facility maintenance.

Munroe has more than four decades of manufacturing and planning experience. Prior to joining our team, she served in a range of roles during a 34 year tenure at Power-One, ultimately serving as Scheduling Manager. She joined BIRNS in 2015 in the Planning department, eventually being promoted through Production leadership positions to managing the entire manufacturing facility.
