BIRNS, Inc. (The Company) recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by visitors to its website and those doing business with The Company. Information collected by us
The Company collects information about website visitors and subscribers during their registration on forms for Request for Quotes or Request for Information on the website and adds them to the newsletter list. Governing law
This website is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with U.S. law and any dispute as to its terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the U.S. courts and adjudicated in Ventura County.
