As our Human Resources Manager, Robin Majors-Lori oversees key HR functions for our growing and dynamic team, including departmental development, employee relations, training and organization development, compliance, benefits, and recruitment.

She joined the BIRNS team with more than 20 years of HR experience, having held a range of leadership roles including Director of Human Resources, Global for Penguin Random House, Human Resources General II for Delaware North at Petco Park, and Executive Director of Client Experience at Royalty Hospitality Staffing Solutions.

She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has collaborative relationships with universities through on-site education and podcasts highlighting practical skills for students preparing to enter the workforce.
