Ryan Knox serves as our Production Manager, responsible for organizing and leading all phases of comprehensive product manufacturing. In his role he ensures a safe and healthy production environment, and manages all production assets, while collaborating with other departments to implement the company’s policies and goals. He spearheads and manages manufacturing workflow, performs workforce management and oversees general facility maintenance.

He brings more than 20 years of experience to his role with a professional background that includes deep expertise in lean manufacturing methodologies and quality control. Former leadership roles have included Production, Quality and Health & Safety Manager at Bioline Agrosciences and Bulk Process Manager at Pladis.

Knox holds an MSI Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, as well as ISO 31000 and ISO 45001 certifications and he is an ISO 9001 Quality System Auditor.
