BIRNS Team Leaders

Alisa Capretta leads and manages BIRNS’ Human Resources department, and is responsible for major policies and programs, including departmental development, employee relations, training and organizational development, compliance, benefits, compensation and recruiting.

She brings nearly 30 years of experience to her key role at BIRNS, having led HR programs in senior positions such as Senior Personnel Supervisor/Medical Placement Specialist at Express Personnel Services, Director of Human Resources/Generalist MSA Consulting, Inc., and Human Resources Manager at XYPRO Technology Corporation.

Capretta holds certifications as a PHR-Ca, and SHRM-CP.
