BIRNS Team Leaders

Jeff Boyer serves as our Financial Controller, overseeing the firm’s financial and accounting operations, and ensuring that the business is operating effectively and efficiently by establishing and monitoring internal controls. His key responsibilities also include regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, risk management and mitigation and financial performance optimization.

He joined BIRNS with 35 years of senior level financial expertise, having served in roles from Controller at Apple Electric and Business Analyst III at Bank of America to Senior Financial Analyst at Tutor Perini Corporation.

Boyer holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Sciences with additional concentration in Accounting and Management from Clarion University.
