BIRNS Team Leaders

Vinay Goyal serves as Quality Assurance Manager and has ultimate responsibility for the quality management of all BIRNS’ design, manufacturing and supply operations. He teams with our manufacturing and engineering leadership to ensure implementation and ongoing maintenance of prevention-based quality systems, and is responsible for the management and oversight of our AS9100 certified and NRC 10CFR50 App. B compliant Quality Management System. Goyal drives for continuous improvement in safety and financial performance, employee development, and customer satisfaction per our corporate business plan.

His successful career has included more than 20 years in quality management in a variety of leadership roles with a focus on quality engineering and manufacturing engineering. Some of his former positions included Director of Quality at FTG, Manager/Director of Quality Assurance for Canoga Perkins, and Quality Manager at EOS Corporation.

Goyal holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering.
